Highlights of this cutting-edge program include:
- Prospective graduate students from groups traditionally under-represented in STEM Disciplines (as defined by NSF) can apply for funds to attend this Colorado Advantage to pursue their interest in obtaining a Ph.D., perhaps in the IQ Biology Certificate Program and one of the participating departments.
- Current students can volunteer to help with the preview weekend.
- Faculty, especially those who run training grants where they would like to recruit a diverse student body, can volunteer to develop panels, give lab tours, and speak with the recruits during that weekend.
- Departments, training grant applicants, and other organizations can support Colorado Advantage.
